On a bright fall day, the crimson dragon goes hunting for her temporary mate. She searches the countryside, ravaging and burning in frustration when a likely specimen doesn't appear. When she finally finds a man to her taste, she snatches him up and takes him to her lair.
Ivan is a blacksmith, a simple man with small dreams. He quickly realizes that his life is dependent on the dragon's whim.
