Found I got bored by the constant unimaginative language, with not enough guts to the story. I liked the characters though, and I guess its fine if you just want a soft porn book.

Was I peer pressured by booktok/bookstagram to read this book? Yes.
Do I like cowboy and contemporary romance? Meh.
Was this book one of my favourite this year? Absolutely!
I don't know what magic Eliott Rose puts in her books but I loved it, had to read the next one straight after. I gasped, I had my heart torn apart, I fell in love, I hoped for them.
Anyway, should you read this book? Yes, absolutely and the audiobook is top tier as well. The narrators really brings to life the characters and transport you deep in the ranch setting.
I don't want to peer pressure you but, you should read it 😉

this felt too long and honestly was bored with the FMC more than anything, and tge other unnecessary drama in between. in the end it just ended like that and would not call it HEA.
on the other hand the bonus novella was 🔥, 4.5🌟 literally devoured it, wish that had been the main book.
