The Gray Castle research facility has been studying Susan, a prehistoric woman entombed in a layer of ice. But when the lead researcher Mike decides to investigate a curious green bubble inside, he releases a gas into the air that starts a series of changes. He's growing, he's becoming a woman, but the same is also happening to Susan. She wakes up, now a twelve-foot giantess.
