A duchess determined to love...

Evie Montgomery, the Duchess of Somerset, has promised her grandfather she will marry for love, and she is determined to keep said promise. Only the man she loves is the most notorious rake in the country, and he hasn't spared her a glance in the seven years since she's known him. Winning his hand in marriage isn't hard, winning his heart, however, is another matter entirely.

The rake she cannot forget...

The last thing Gabriel, the Viscount St. Clare, wants in this life is marriage. However, when Evie appears on his doorstep, she proposes a bargain that he can't refuse. Marrying the duchess to gain her fortune is tempting, but not as tempting as the duchess herself.

When the past comes a knocking, they realize that to keep love in their lives, they have to give up much more than either of them has bargained for.

This is not another rake storyline, what it is, is a rake storyline with a heck of a plot twist.
What a struggle, with crazy family members and the lengths they would go too, to get what they think should be theirs.
Love Gabe and Evie, on to book 4

I absolutely loved this story, I love the characters and the slow burn. I literally couldn’t stop listening to it. It interested me entirely.

I was obsessed.

The word 'gotten' is liberally used displaying the author's inability to use the proper tense and vocabulary. The 'hero' is a sex addict and the plot ridiculous in the extreme. The book is an excuse for excesses of lust and innuendo. The narration is good but not even that could rescue the book.

Dire
