One of the many confusing things that teenagers have to go through is learning how to deal with anxiety. I really enjoyed listening to this book because the author provides practical ways that you can help manage your anxiety. Also, the areas in the book that are devoted to helping you understand anxiety/social anxiety in itself, is well worth the value of this book.

Annihilate Social Anxiety for Teens: Excellent narration. Honestly, this book is a instructional guide for teens, as they fall so easily to social fakery. This book gives advice to teens on how to begin to built self confidence, as teens are the process of finding themselves. This drives knowledge and promotes educating teens to less stressful life. The author also goes to explain what is happening to body when stress, how there a releases of different hormones and how it affects your body and mind. The different types of anxiety was also discussed. This book is also useful and relevant to young adults as well. Good read!

This is a really amazing book with lots of tips and tricks that helps not only young minds but minds of the older generation. I highly recommend this book for those that find reading hard as it keeps your mind engaged without having to actually do any reading, I can tell a lot of hard work and love has been put into this book and it has really payed off!!
