Having approach anxiety is a normal thing, and all guys have it. Some guys have it worse than others, but nonetheless, all guys have it.

It’s nothing to be ashamed of, and if you have a bad case of approach anxiety, it doesn’t mean that you’re not cut out for the game. I myself had terrible approach anxiety when I first started the game. It took me a long time before I could make my first approach. I would literally walk around all day trying to work up the courage to make an approach, and I simply couldn’t. I was like this for many months!

waste of money in my opinion. it feels like this book is glued from handful of internet articles and the writer in some chapters encourage drinking alcohol to approach women :))
