This was a lot of fun, plenty of action and completely silly escapism. It wasn't perfectly suited to audio because there were lists of names and quite a few computer or screen printouts, it got so tedious listening to those being read out, a bit like reading a phone book. It was a good story overall, I like scarecrow and his team and the narrator does a good job

Brilliant even 3rd or 5th time round this time on audible, amazing even after all these years! Even my sons have now read these books. Thinking about buying ice station on audible even though I’ve bought the book 3 times having lent it out!!

Great story, I love the OTT nature of Matthew Reilly's books, fiction should be fun and his always is. As always it was excellently narrated by Sean Mangan

Would you listen to Area 7 again? Why?

I never do a review untill I have listened to the book twice, I am at the moment going through some of the books I enjoyed the first read & remembered it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Area 7?

The research that must of gone into this book, I will not spoil the listeners enjoyment by telling parts of the book, just that it is an excellent & exciting book.

What about Sean Mangan’s performance did you like?

excellent, clear and goes with the mood of the book well

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

most certainly, I don't always get that kind of chance, but I love the feeling of some thing to look forward to, at a second reading, by this I mean the second part of the book.

Any additional comments?

I think I have said all I need with out giving away any of the story, I hate it if I know too much. It is an excellent thriller all I will say is, very exciting.
