Romans 15:13 — Hope Is Still Alive, Even In Difficult Days Recorded live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Atlanta • Lagos • Brasília • Singapore • Christchurch HOPE • PEACE • CONFIDENCE Christian prayer for hope and encouragement • trusting God through difficult seasons • finding hope when life feels uncertain • prayer for strength and faith Romans 15:13 (NIV) “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” There are seasons when hope comes easily. Life feels manageable, prayers seem to be moving forward, and the future appears bright. There are other seasons when hope requires a more deliberate choice. Delays can test our patience. Disappointments can challenge our expectations. Unanswered questions can make the road ahead feel uncertain. Many people find themselves somewhere in that second season today. Yet one of the beautiful truths found in Scripture is that Christian hope is not built upon perfect circumstances. Hope is not dependent upon everything going according to plan. Hope is rooted in the character of God. It grows from the confidence that the Lord remains faithful even when we cannot yet see the full picture. The Apostle Paul speaks of God as the God of hope. That means hope is not something we manufacture through determination alone. It is something God graciously supplies. Through the presence of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit, weary hearts can discover fresh confidence, renewed peace, and the courage to keep moving forward. Father, thank You that You remain faithful in every season of life. Thank You that Your promises remain true and Your goodness remains constant even when circumstances feel uncertain. Jesus, help me keep my eyes fixed upon You. When disappointment tries to weaken my confidence, remind me of Your faithfulness. When uncertainty clouds my thinking, help me trust that You are still leading and still working. Holy Spirit, fill my heart with fresh hope today. Let peace replace anxiety, confidence replace discouragement, and faith rise stronger than fear. Help me remember that my future rests securely in God’s hands. Across the world, from Atlanta to Lagos, from Brasília to Singapore and Christchurch, may hearts be renewed by the hope that comes from knowing God remains faithful and His promises endure forever. Jesús, gracias por la esperanza que encuentro en Ti. Jesus, obrigado pela esperança que encontro em Ti. Jesus, salamat sa pag-asang matatagpuan ko sa Iyo. Father, thank You that hope remains alive because You remain faithful. Amen.
