Sunday Vibes was once called "Sunday Funday," a mixtape mini-series I started in 2016 after my first mixtape ever, called Summer Sampler. In 2017, I did 12 episodes, and the series reflected my Sunday nights during my residency at Dancers Showclub and Club Rio Indy. Sunday for most people is the beginning of the week and the end of the weekend, so during my rebrand under the #new52mixshow in 2018, I changed the name to Sunday Vibes. This mix is a little different from the hype of the weekend — it's more where I get to focus on R&B and other genres that center around it. This week makes the 100th episode (alongside The 765 Podcast) with an hour-long episode of eclectic feels and some classics you may recognize. It's one of the two series named after a day of the week, so every Sunday you will see a new episode of Sunday Vibes on Podomatic and Apple Podcasts (and Mixcloud this summer), right after Alki Sessions on Dizz Global Radio.
