'A dark, seductive cocktail of a thriller, with a splash of black humour and a twist of horror.' Francine Toon, author of Pine

There was no reason to assume anything out of the ordinary was going on.

Strange noises in the apartment.
Impulsive behaviour.
Intense dreams.

It wasn't like everything went wrong all at once.
Shoplifting.
Fighting.
Blackouts.

There must be a reasonable explanation for all this.
'It will scare the pants off you. It is a perfect horror novel.' Paul Tremblay
'Deeply scary.' The Times
'Terrifying.' Daily Mail
'Sinister.' Time Out

I did like the book but I could clearly see what would happen at the end

Great book, very predictable ending

I feel like it could of been more, I was left unsatisfied.

I wanted why, how, more....

Good but....

I wouldn't call this scary, though it deals with frightening topics. There's more of a sense of dread at various points, when your mind runs ahead of the narrative with, "I REALLY hope she's not going to do what I think she is about to do. " I found the main character very engaging, and the narrator was terrific.

surprisingly engaging

Perfectly short and nasty ! Could not stop listening - a companion piece to American Psycho but so much better

Short sharp and diabolical!

Loved this story, it was quite short - but I loved that every line was creepy and relevant - will definitely listen to again

A creepy interesting take on possession
