This book provides a lot of great information, science, tips, guidance and knowledge to make informed decisions.
Very much written for anyone to understand, it was a fantastic read and loved this book. I’d definitely recommend it.

A very engaging, informative and thought provoking book. I felt I knew a lot about the micro biome having read books by Tim Spector and learning about the diet through Zoe and Chris Van Tuleken. But this added even more knowledge and I really relished it.

A shout out to the narrator Barret Leddy who really captured the enthusiasm and humour the author intended. He really brought this to life.

I’d say the audience is more for those with IBS than the general public. However, it is still very informative and interesting. It can sometimes be a touch repetitive but happy I read it either way.
