I was enjoying this audiobook immensely, until I heard Aphrodite (goddess of love) declared to be a daughter of Zeus!
she was the motherless daughter of Uranus. I appreciate that her birth myth may not be ideal for young children, but why list her among her nephew, Zeus's children?
Spoilt the book for me because I could no longer trust it as a teaching source for my granddaughter. It matters a lot to me that she is not fed misinformation, and such a huge mistake as Aphrodite's parentage, makes me less inclined to believe in the veracity of this book, or indeed, the rest of the series, as this was the first we tried.
shame because my granddaughter loved the book.

some concerning inaccuracies.
