What a good informative audible !!! It teaches you how to use your get outs for a good reason to take naps!!! The body really needs it but for reasons made unknown we always feel guilty! This book offers out to help ease the guilt!!! I enjoyed this read!!!

This is a great book! The author includes a lot of sarcasm and funny moments.
It's good to know that your body heals when napping/sleeping. And you don't need to even sleep. As long as your brain thinks you were it still works. The placebo effect is definitely a real thing.
I love the part about hugging a pillow like an emotional support pet. Hugging a pillow works the same way. No judgement, just a good place to rest, sleep, cry into and scream into.

The humor in this book has helped me realize that taking a quick nap doesn't mean I'm lazy but it's helping my body rejuvenate naturally. Sometimes a mental or physical break is needed, and that's ok. We all need to start listening to what are body's are trying to tell us a little more.
