I have been struggling with my youngest over the course of the last year. There have been some discipline and behavior issues that I have just not been able to figure out how to correct after many different attempts and approaches. Listening to this book opened my eyes to why my child may be exhibiting certain behaviors as well as putting in perspective which issues should take priority over some of the others. It covers what ADHD is in a very easy to understand way, and also gives real life examples of the techniques suggested to help overcome hyperactivity and lack of focus. So very grateful to have stumbled across this book.
