Finished listening to this two months ago and I still occasionally find myself thinking about the story. I usually listen to a book at bedtime and fall asleep. This one I just couldn't put down. It is beautifully read and I could imagine that time and place so well, as if I were there. Highly recommend and I can't wait to read another by this author.

A love story, a mystery, a walk down memory lane. I found this book so relaxing to listen to and so thought provoking. A happy ending and a straight forward read made such a change from all those complicated jumping about books. Will definitely be reading others from Iona.
