Life can feel overwhelming — deadlines, family pressures, unexpected challenges. But what if your stress isn't coming from your circumstances at all?

This book shows you how your mind really works. Once you see this, everyday life begins to feel lighter. You will have less stress. Decisions get easier. Relationships go more smoothly. And even in tough times, you find yourself more grounded, calm, and hopeful.

Through personal stories and clear examples, Dr. Dicken Bettinger and Natasha Swerdloff show that your well-being is already within you — waiting to be uncovered.

Listening to Dicken & Natasha was a real treat, I always think you can tell the difference with audible books which are narrated by the authors v’s ones which have an unconnected narrator. It provides a further depth in the experience to listen to the authors speak their words.

This is a short book which says just enough without diluting the message or over complicating it with too many words, perfect length to listen to on a journey or just with a couple of hours to spare.

The book is a beautiful and simple reminder of everything we need to know, I particularly loved the reminder about judgemental thinking as it’s easy to fall into this one, the power of seeing situations without judgement, not making you passive to others behaviour but providing you with space and clarity to find the way forward without causing you to turn yourself into knots about a person or situation with judgemental thinking, but settling and seeing things clearly.

I look forward to listening to this book again and again as I know each time I will get a fresh reminder and insight from it.

A beautiful reminder
