This is an amazing source of sound, practical advice on how to build a lasting connection with your child that will sustain you both. Hearing it read by the author as an audiobook is especially powerful- you feel “held” as she gently - but clearly - points you to a path that you know will lead you to a better way of parenting. This book, brought me into realisation that I wasn't the only parent going through this crucial time.

I've learnt an intense amount of knowledge of how to be In partnership with my daughter throughout her journey, approach the professional, friends and family.

There is hope....small steps and always being there for your child aswell as pouring self love back into your own cup too .

I definitely recommend this book, if you are a parent, guardian or career that just needs that voice to say. It ok Not to be OK,,PARTNERSHIP with your child/ren. Thank you so much.

I read it at my worst (with my daughter) and it helped me to see a bigger picture and let the pressure slide to give her some space. She is in such a better place now I’m happy to say.
