I love a disaster, but this feels like it plays to every stereotype under the sun. Zero representation of anyone who seems non-white. The writing is sometimes irritating, with repeating identical adjectives or verbs in a single sentence, or in the next sentence. It felt predictable and started to feel quite slow moving. I eventually gave up after 10 chapters.
