This book has had my in an array of emotions from start to finish. The way Dan tells the stories of others is amazing. The true highlight is the amazing people documented. I have been left with goosebumps, chills, and in tears while listening to this book. It's a true uplifter in times of great struggle. I feel inspired by these stories and implore anyone to access it in whatever way they can.

Thank you Dan Walker for a book showing that goodness ,duty and compassion is far stronger than any negative,cruel actions and comments that are so prevalent today,especially in the media and on the internet.
The chapter about GarySpeed was extremely moving and insightful, his sons were so honest and open.
The whole issue of coping with mental health and what life throws at us was the core to all these stories.
Let’s hope for more understanding and less judgment.
