5 stars is not enough, this book was pure audiobook perfection. This is a book you just have to listen to and experience.
Samantha was amazing as Wyn, the accents and subtle emotions, the humor. She has been one of my favorite narrators for a while and this book really shows her talent.
Connor was perfect as Julian, the flirting, the whimpers, he brought the character to life and these two formed my favorite duo. I loved them as Grant and Laney but they were made to narrate Julian and Wyn, I could not imagine anyone else voicing these two.

This book has it all, swoony romance, strong women, men who stand beside them and an amazing plot!

I absolutely love Victoria’s writing. She sucks you into the story from page one and the characters linger in your head long after you have finished the book.
I got hooked from the first page and was intrigued by what was happening and how it all unfolded.

I love Wyn, wow is this a strong woman! Period.
The fact she is in her mid thirties is a big plus for me too.

Julian is honest about what he wants. He doesn’t know everything about Wyn but can’t deny their connection and attraction. I love a man who knows how to communicate his feelings.

And a special mention has to go out to Birdie, she is the coolest grandma

Samantha Brentmoor, at this point I’m not sure how much more I can say about this woman🤣 she’s magnificent every single time. She bossed every single Crowne woman, Birdie you wee icon you. Connor Crais, you actually gave me the ick in the prologue which I guess was the point🤣 but never did I see the day that would happened! Both Samantha and Connor delivered an exceptional performance as they always do when they work together, 10/10 no notes 😮‍💨🩶
