I loved the construction and development of the characters.
The storyline is very good and unfolds well.
The narrators are TOP.
Already listening to the second book.

This book follows Allegra ( FMC ) and Scar ( MMC ), a blood oath of marriage made between their fathers before they were born. After a break down between the father’s relationship, Scar is looking for revenge for his late father, beginning with making Allegra’s life hell. A battle of Egos commence, and both try to fight the pull they feel towards each other.
Opinion:
FMC seemed to quickly jump between emotions. One second she hates him and the next she dotting on her husband… which could cause a little confusion during the read.The overall read was okay, becoming better during the 2/3rd of the book, and the ending seemed to tie things together.
Spice:
Open door scenes, Vanilla scenes, overall nothing to extravagant.
