This book was definitely an uncommon guide, a lot of books just give you quick fix it tools. The author has really set out an in-depth foundation to help with phycology and mindset and reasons why its important to consider better healthier habbits. It also helps you integrate back into the real world which can be a struggle and for me that's fundamentally important there's no point being aware of a lot of information and then your sobriety and environment let you down. Thought provoking and ready for some change .

A MUST for anyone struggling

This book is well-told for drinkers and non-drinkers to rediscover themselves and create their own lives controlled by these regulated emotions. The author has provided a path to professional life, personal goals, overcoming depression, purpose, and eliminating negative and external attitudes resulting from alcohol use. The book creates an intentional guide to taking responsibility for yourself, better understanding your emotions, and taking back control of your own life. This should be listened to. I highly recommend this book!

Having tried to get sober before, about 1000 times, I have kept slipping back, time and time again. I felt like there was no way out of the grip of alcohol - until I came across the Sober On A Drunk Planet series.

Sean speaks from personal as well as professional experience as a recovered drunk who was then trained to become a therapist and strength coach. Great tips on how to stop drinking alcohol and how to stay sober as well. Highly recommended if you want life-changing tools to help you thrive in sobriety!

I love the title of this book. It's so true, when you're trying to stay sober, it literally feels like all your friends are getting drunk all the time and the whole world with them, and it definitely feels like I'm the odd one out. I've only started this new years day, and it can be really hard not to relapse when you're also trying to keep your social life going. Anyway, this book has some great tips and has been super motivational so far. I'm hoping it will help me go well beyond dry january.

Such a great guide
