Silvana Falcon does it again, penning another fabulous novel set in her absolutely amazing “Supernatural Suckers” series, and I loved everything about it. I was going to say this series keeps getting better and better, but that would not be fair to the earlier books, since each one is just as brilliant as the other. The stories are imaginative, with intriguing characters and storylines, witty dialogue and humor, and lots of heart. For her third book, Falcon brings us a reaper, Greg, a novice who heads out for his first assignment, Dustin. Dustin is an adrenaline junkie daredevil who gets paid for his stunts, and he is about to go on his last jump, and Greg is there to escort him into the light and complete his assignment. Except that doesn’t happen, he survives the fall and, thinking it was going to be something else that causes his death in the timeline provided, Dustin survives that mishap, too. Greg’s boss offered some suggestions, and Greg put them into action, but they were ineffective; Dustin was still alive. Complicating matters further was Dustin being about to see Greg when no human should have been able to. Such an amazing start to their story, a delightfully entertaining story that captivates your attention the entire time, and watching these two interact and get to know each other puts a smile on your face. The complexity and depth of these characters, their growth and development are remarkable. This masterfully crafted story multi-layered romantic comedy, and the writing, plot, and world-building are incredible. Another brilliantly entertaining story from Silvana Falcon, thank you for the laughter and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧  And for the wonderful audiobook listen and production performed by John Solo, who did an incredible job bringing the characters to life, giving each their own distinct voice, making it easy to follow along and tell who was who. He embodies his characters completely, grasping every facet of their personality, nailing each one perfectly, from the nerdy and sometimes bashful Greg to the confident daredevil Dustin, as well as all the side/secondary characters. His expressive delivery conveys all the characters’ emotions, and he handles the witty dialogue effortlessly, landing the humor and snark naturally. Solo’s versatility and talent as a voice artist truly shone in his performance, an enthralling performance that keeps you glued to the story while taking the already brilliant story to another level. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to.

Cute , funny and easy to listen to i enjoyed it and i will definitely read more from this author. I like the Narrator I've listened to him before but I personally didn't think he was a match necessarily for the characters of this particular book.
