As with most of the books in this series at points that had me howling laughing especially the reproductive habits of cattle

Caimh does it again, Loved every minute. Love the characters, the pace, the madcap fun. The perfect narration completes the world. Thank you for another that will be read and listened to many times. The only author who lives on my Discworld shelf as they are re-read just as often.

My favourite in the MCM Investigations series so far.

Every time I thought I had it figured out, it took another turn. Genuinely didn’t see half of it coming. There are loads of proper laugh-out-loud moments too.

Maggie’s point of view was brilliant. Easily one of the best parts. I really hope she got her ice cream.

The narrator is spot on as always, just gets the tone and humour perfectly.
