This series had me from the beginning.

Being adopted, I am often leary when it is used in a book but this time, it worked (mostly). It could have been done without the adoption angle, but maybe not as well.

I enjoyed the narration and the voices. I liked the dual POV of the books.

I was always waiting to find out more about what happened and I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved this series.

The craziness, the unhinged interactions, and the dynamic between Josslyn and Alicia brought me so much joy that I’m a little bit concerned about my mental health. Just a tiny bit. Am I enjoying it a little too much? Maybe :)

What an amazing series. I loved every minute of it. This was one of the wildest rides I have ever been on, and I appreciated it for what it was and what it made me feel. If you do not shy away from the crazy, the weird, and the darker side of storytelling, you will love this one.

Listening to this as an audiobook was a commitment, but it felt very rewarding. Following everything back-to-back made me feel like I never left any part of the story behind, and everything that happened was fresh in my mind.
The narration was superb, and I appreciated how well the Josslyn and Alicia monologues were portrayed, and how clearly their differences came across. A slight pause here and there just added to the suspense and made it even more enjoyable.

I loved every minute of it

This book series followed my life around for a couple of week while I binged it. It almost became a part of my life. Jessica’s Huntley writes so well, listened to all her books. I recommend.
