I have read lots of similar titled books but I often feel patronised and like I am learning nothing new, this is by far the best and I can go back time again and pick the chapter I need for the day to re-enforce the simple but powerful teachings.

I enjoyed learning about what makes a woman tick and how we should not be afraid to be ourselves. but being ourselves is the hardest thing we can be sometimes!
