Well if they had sleep issues then yes definitely! I myself was recommend this book by a friend and i loved it, finally helped me with my long lasting sleep issues.

Yes but i broke it up over a few days.

Great narration. Book was very easy to understand. All of the advice was not difficult to apply. Really grateful for this book, it has helped me so much.

I would go as far to say this book should be rename the insomnia cure, as it most certainly was for me.

It's a fair overview of the importance of sleep and some ways to deal with lack of it. I liked the references to sources, and the honesty that the author is not a GP so listeners should consult a medical professional in certain cases.

The content wasn't particularly earth shattering, but there were a few useful ideas for my situation.

Overall, I was happy to put a couple of hours to listen to this. Any longer and it might have been a different story.
