The story was good and easy to follow. However, the narration was terrible! She made the characters sound really old, and the voice for the teenager was dreadful!

Narrator is awful makes Mary sounds like a teenage boy just one of the many issues with her. Good story though even if a bit obvious

The 15 year old teenagers voice sounded like a grey haired bosomy tweed wearing stuff and nonsense middle class woman with a bossy voice. Really irritating I was lost when the dad talked of his 15 year old daughter and I realised the blokey deep voice was the teenager.

Really enjoyed the story but the narration was awful in places, especially as the character of 15 year old female Meredith sounded like a 45 year old male aristocrat !!

Was a very sweet story. Very slow start nearly gave in at chapter 5. some of the voices used for characters did not suit the person. Really irritating voices at time.
