Absolutely loved this book as I did the first.
Really eye opening account of prison/probation service.
Funny at times and also upsetting.
Hopefully a third will be on the cards.

I really enjoyed the first book & I booked to see the author talking in my local town so wanted to read this one before that. I found it so interesting & each person covered in the chapters had an interesting & sometimes heartbreaking story. I found the information about the IPP particularly frustrating & that was just reading about - unimaginable how the people serving these sentences manage this.
