I wish I would have had this information earlier. You’d expect experts would give you some background information or context, when you talk to them about reflux, but somehow we never got a full picture until reading this book. Health professionals just always seems to say everything (baby upsetting about reflux, constipation with breastfeeding etc) is “normal”, so glad I gave this a listen so I could make up my own mind/ make informed decisions.
