  • What happens in Thailand… doesn't always stay in Thailand
    Jun 3 2026

Thailand got very unfiltered. Hayley went to Thailand with Lauren’s partner Burgo and the trip raised questions… Can men and women actually just be friends? Did Burgo end up with the happy ending he definitely didn’t want? What really happens at a Ping Pong Show? And Lauren opens up about the real reason she struggles being alone in her house.

    May 20 2026

  • Female friendships, imposter syndrome... and we got some honest feedback
    May 13 2026

This week we talk about the kind of friendships that hold you together when you’re quietly falling apart. The power of adult female friendships, the “are you okay?” texts, the brutal honesty, the belly laughs… the women who just get it.

Lauren’s in her self-doubt era — overthinking everything, questioning herself, picking apart things no one else even notices. And losing all her confidence. We deep dive into the imposter syndrome.

  • Mastitis, mean comments, and psychics
    May 6 2026

This week gets real… and a little bit spooky.

We revisit the moment that stopped us in our tracks — when a listener emailed Lauren saying she was “so fat they couldn’t watch the show anymore.” Yep. That one. And after the flood of messages that followed, we knew we had to go deeper.

So we called on our female friends in media and asked them to share the worst things trolls have said about them… and honestly, we weren’t ready. It’s shocking, it’s brutal, and it says a lot more about them than it ever will about us.

But because we’re us… we also take a sharp left turn into the woo woo. Psychic moments, gut feelings, weird unexplainable stuff — and the times it’s completely ruined everything (like, why do we KNOW things we don’t want to know?!).

It’s raw, it’s uncomfortable, it’s a little bit eerie… and it’s one of those chats that’ll stay with you.
