    It got me thinking about the way I talk about neurodivergence online and why I choose to share not only the funny and relatable moments, but also the difficult realities of living with AuDHD.

    I’ve spent a lot of time deciding whether to create a subscriber space, and in this episode I explain why I’ve chosen to do it.


    Many people know me through my ADHD, autism and AuDHD content, but there are also parts of my life story that have shaped who I am today. Some experiences are funny, some are difficult, some taught me valuable lessons, and some are stories I don’t feel comfortable sharing publicly with the entire world.


    The main podcast will continue to be free and accessible to everyone. However, the subscriber hub will give me a space to share some of the more personal experiences, life lessons, challenges and reflections that have influenced my journey.

    The reality is that I never imagined so many people would reach out to me.


    Every day I receive messages about ADHD, autism, AuDHD, diagnosis journeys, parenting, relationships, mental health, burnout, masking and life in general.
