    Russ has disappeared off on a particularly tricky side quest this month so Andy and Warren are holding the fort. Warren has gone full retro recently and has been putting some serious time in some classics from the GameCube, PS2 and original Xbox. Essentially, if it doesn't have a glossy instruction manual in the box, he's not interested anymore. Andy is back from his travels having been so desperate to play some video games, he resorted to the screen on the back of an aeroplane seat! Perhaps it is time to just pay the money for a Switch 2. In gaming news more recent that 2004, the boys also discuss Forza Horizon 6, Mixtape and the upcoming release of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced.

    The great return continues as Andy, Warren and Russ deliver another slice of the gamer dad life for your listening pleasure. Middle age is taking its toll as the random injuries start to creep in but the plus side of being laid up is some actual gaming time! Russ is stuck in an eternal loop of painfully watching his child play the same 20 minutes of a Lego game on repeat and Warren goes balls deep on a 7 year old game because that is just the BPG way. Andy tries to buck the trend by playing something that was actually released this year and gets very excited about the upcoming releases of Crimson Desert and Resident Evil Requiem.
