• S3 Ep 4: Why Do We Romanticize The Past?
    Jun 24 2026

I didn’t realize how much I was doing it until I sat down to record this episode.

Lately, I’ve found myself looking back at old memories, old relationships, old friendships, old jobs, and even old versions of myself. Somewhere along the way, I started noticing how easy it is to remember the good parts while forgetting what made us leave, move on, or grow in the first place.

In this episode, we’re unpacking nostalgia, memory versus reality, heartbreak, friendship loss, childhood memories, familiar places, and the stories we sometimes rewrite in our minds without even realizing it.

Do we really miss the past?

Or do we miss who we were, how we felt, what we hoped would happen, or the version of the story we’ve created since then?

This conversation ended up being much more personal than I expected.

  • S3 Ep 3: When Do You Finally Choose Yourself?
    May 31 2026

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to show up for other people, but when it’s time to show up for yourself, there’s always a reason to wait? In this episode of Breathe & Unpack, we’re unpacking what it really means to choose yourself. In a way that allows you to stop putting your own needs, goals, and happiness on hold. Why do we feel guilty taking care of ourselves? Why do we keep waiting for the “right time” to prioritize our own lives? And what are we actually waiting for?

  • S3 Ep 2: The Difference Between Fear, Feelings, and Discernment.
    May 24 2026

Fear, feelings, and discernment can feel surprisingly similar in the moment. In this episode, we’re unpacking the differences between them, how they show up in everyday life, and why learning to tell them apart can change the decisions we make.

Takeaway: Not every feeling is a warning, not every fear is intuition, and not every pause means stop. Sometimes discernment is quieter than we expect.

  • S3 Ep 1: Do People Know What They’re Doing… Or Is This Just Who They Are?
    Apr 26 2026

Do people actually know what they’re doing… or is this just who they are? In this episode, we unpack those moments where something feels off, not because of one big situation, but the small things you start noticing over time. The way people respond, the way they show up, the way they hear you, or don’t. We talk about what it looks like to accept people for who they are, even when it’s not what you expected. The difference between trying to understand someone and trying to prove your point. And how sometimes, the real shift happens when you stop focusing on them and start asking yourself, what can I learn from this? This conversation is about perspective, self awareness, and learning how to move differently once you see things clearly.

  • S2 Ep 12: I Thought I’d Feel Different By Now
    Mar 1 2026

You ever hit a milestone and think… this was supposed to feel bigger?

    The job.

    The relationship.

    The marriage.

    The kids.

    The money.

    The independence.

And instead of feeling complete, you just feel… normal. Or restless. Or still searching.

In this episode, we unpack purpose. Not the loud version. Not the pressure version. The real version.

    What does purpose actually mean?

    Is it one big calling?

    Is it seasonal?

    Is it something we build?

    Or something we were assigned?

We talk about pressure, comparison, identity shifts, burnout, money, and what happens when you “do everything right” but still feel like something is missing.

Maybe it’s not your purpose that’s missing.

    Maybe it’s the pressure.

As always, we’re just exploring. Breathing. And unpacking it together.

  • S2 Ep 11: Honest, but not really.
    Feb 23 2026

    We’ve all lied.

    We’ve all been lied to.

    And sometimes… we already know.

In this episode, we go deep into the psychology of lying, self deception, impression management, and the gray area of “honest, but not really.” We explore when forgiveness builds trust, when it becomes self abandonment, and how to set boundaries without becoming bitter.

    Because clarity is peace.

  • S2 Ep 10: Romance in 2026
    Feb 23 2026

    Romance in 2026 feels different.

Not worse. Not better. Just different.

In this episode, we unpack how love has shifted in a world where everything is visible. Dating, marriage, parenting, divorce, healing, situationships, soft life aesthetics, comparison culture, digital temptation, timeline pressure.

We talk about how romance has become public, measurable, and sometimes performative. How couples compare. How married people compare. How parents compare. How divorced people compare. And how single people quietly wonder if they’re behind.

This is not about judging anyone’s choices. It’s about noticing how culture shapes all of us in quiet ways.

Because underneath the posts, the captions, the engagement rings, the “I’m thriving” energy, people still want the same thing.

    To feel chosen.

    To feel seen.

    To feel aligned.

If no one could see your relationship, what would love actually look like for you?

    Let’s breathe and unpack it.
