  • Better Tools, Better Recovery: The Future of Mobility in the Hospital
    May 21 2026

Dr. Neil Jairath is a dermatologic surgeon and Mohs surgery fellow at Indiana University, where he specializes in removing skin cancers and helping patients heal with the best possible outcomes. He completed his dermatology training at NYU, where he served as chief resident, and earned his MD from the University of Michigan. Neil's research focuses on using artificial intelligence to improve how skin cancers are diagnosed, staged, and treated. He has published over 50 papers in journals including JAMA Dermatology and Lancet Oncology, with a passion for making sure advances in technology translate into better care for real patients.

Outside the operating room, Neil is a physician-entrepreneur on a mission to keep patients moving when it matters most. He is the founder and CMO of KinetiTec, a health technology company building an intelligent acute and postacute care mobility platform designed to combat the epidemic of in-hospital immobility. KinetiTec's device helps patients stay active from their hospital beds, opening the black box of inpatient mobility and giving care teams real data to guide recovery. Neil believes that the future of cancer care and medical care as a whole depends not just on better treatments, but on better tools, better access, and a commitment to meeting patients where they are.

  • Finding Calm, Meaning, and Steadiness Through Life
    May 13 2026

Bron Watson is a nurse, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of The Social Coach and The Serenity Project. With decades of experience as a registered nurse and educator, Bron has long been drawn to spaces where care, communication, and connection matter.

In 2012, she founded her first business empowering business owners to share their voice online with authenticity and purpose. Over the past decade, her work has supported thousands of people to show up in life and business with intention and impact.

Bron’s journey took a profound shift in 2017 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Five years later, she received a second diagnosis—an incurable blood cancer. These experiences deepened her belief that healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. Rather than be defined by diagnosis, Bron created The Serenity Project to offer others what she wished she’d had: the space where science meets soul, with evidence and perspective, what she call the ‘third space’ a place to reconnect with yourself, navigate uncertainty with compassion, and find serenity in the midst of it all.

"At the heart of The Serenity Project is the Serenity Prayer that has carried me through the darkest of days:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

The courage to change the things I can,

And the wisdom to know the difference.

(And if “God” isn’t your word, replace it with whatever feels true—Universe, Source, Love, or even Dennis. This is about your serenity, not mine.)" -- Bron Watson
