• 🎙️ Episode 55: The Waterfall Effect, Healing from the Inside Out with Sue Williams 💧✨
    Jul 8 2026

I had the most beautiful conversation with Sue Williams in this episode, and I'm still sitting with how much she moved me. 🌿 Sue is a holistic relaxation therapist and wellness business owner behind Driftwood Relaxation and The Waterfall Effect, and she brings with her decades of caring for others — from children in family daycare to adults finding their way back to themselves on the table in her therapy room. 💛

What struck me most was Sue's relationship with fear. Having survived a near-death experience and open-heart surgery 18 years ago, she speaks about fear not as something to overcome, but as something that was never really hers to carry in the first place. 🌊 That landed somewhere deep in me. She also shared something I'm still turning over — the idea that what I call 'triggers' might more gently be called 'glimmers of awareness.' I felt something soften in me the moment she said it. 🕊️

Sue's philosophy of The Waterfall Effect is one of the most tender and grounded ways I've heard healing described — the idea that I am at the top of that waterfall, and whatever I heal in myself flows outward, finds its way around every rock and obstacle, and nourishes everything and everyone I touch. 💧 It reminded me that caring for myself isn't selfish — it's the very source of what I have to give.

And the message she'd send back to her younger self? Simply: 'Love you. You're okay. You're not wrong.' 🤍 I don't think I've ever felt something so simply said land so completely.

I'm so grateful Sue said yes to sitting with me in this space. 🌸 May something in this conversation stay with you, open something up in you, or simply remind you that you are worth caring for too.

  • 🎙️ Episode 54: Feeling Supported
    Jun 30 2026

In this solo episode, episode 54, I'm opening up about something that has been showing up for me all week - feeling supported, not from the outside, but from somewhere much deeper within. 🤍After waking in the early hours and giving in to a long journaling session (something I'm learning to honour rather than resist), I found myself reflecting on a lifetime of feeling unseen and noticing just how much that has gently shifted.

I share a story about a past life healing that changed everything for me, about feeling Mother Earth wrap her arms around me when I'm grounding 🌿, and about the warm, familiar presence of my nan, who I still feel close to in the quiet moments. There's a little synchronistic tale about double-booking my own book launch and learning to trust that it's all unfolding exactly as it's meant to ✨, and a heart-warming moment by the railway tracks with a stranger that left me feeling so blessed and so seen 🚂💛.

Pulling a card this morning called 'A Leg Up' felt like the universe gently confirming everything I'd been feeling - that receiving support is something I'm learning to notice, accept and welcome more and more.

This one is honest, a little raw, and full of feeling - a reminder to myself that I don't have to do it all alone, and that being supported is something I'm allowed to feel.

Sending so much love and taking gentle care of my own heart until next time. 💛

  • 🎙️ Episode 53: Reinventing Yourself After 50
    Jun 23 2026

In this episode, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with Geri — a reinvention coach, facilitator, and thought leadership mentor who has lived one of the most honest, courageous, and deeply human stories I've heard. 💛 After building and leading a half-a-billion-dollar property law business, Geri walked away from a life that no longer felt like her own and began the real work — the inner work — of rebuilding from the inside out.

What moved me most was how openly Geri spoke about the emotional cost of reinvention 🌿 — not just the resilience people admire from the outside, but the loneliness, the grief, and the quiet, painstaking journey of learning to trust herself again after years of outsourcing her own worth. I found so many parallels in my own story, and that's exactly what I love about these conversations — they remind me I'm not alone, and neither are you. ✨

Geri also shared something that stayed right in my chest — her belief that midlife isn't the moment to wind down, it's the moment to step in. 🔥 Not starting over but starting from experience. She's 68 years around the sun and still showing up, still growing, still lighting rooms — and honestly, that gave me so much hope for my own path ahead.

I'm so grateful Geri said yes to this conversation, and I'm grateful I get to share it with the world. 🙏

May something in this conversation land softly in your heart and remind you that your story — all of it — is worth telling. 💗

  • 🎙️ Episode 52: Finding My Voice in the Chaos💛
    Jun 16 2026

I'll be honest — I almost didn't record this one. I've had a cough for three weeks, my voice has been croaky, and there's been so much swirling around inside me that I wasn't sure I could find the words. But this morning I decided to just show up anyway — imperfect, a little rough around the edges, and real. 🌿

In this solo episode, I share what's been stirring deeply within me since a solo weekend I took at the beach — just me, my journal, the ocean, and the kind of stillness that has a way of unearthing things I didn't even know were still buried. 🌊 I'd just finished narrating my audiobook, 'My Way to Happiness — It Gets Better and Better', and the process of reliving my own story brought so much back to the surface again. What came through during my time away was a confronting, beautiful truth: I am being called to stand in my power and speak my truth — even when every part of me wants to go small and avoid the conflict. 🌸

I pulled a card from my 'Wisdom of the Oracle' deck that morning — and it was 'Chaos and Conflict'. Even those words made me want to curl up and hide. Because for most of my 56 years, I have ducked and weaved away from conflict, swallowed things down, and silenced myself to keep the peace. But this episode is about what happens when I stop swallowing. When I choose, gently and bravely, to speak from soul rather than from fear. 🕊️

I don't share the full story — I need to protect the people involved — but I do share the feeling of it. The tenderness of learning to come from compassion rather than combat. The difference between forgiveness of another and forgiveness of self. And the quiet, growing strength I'm finding when I stay rooted in what is genuinely, authentically true for me. 🌺

I am grateful for every storm that is teaching me to stand. 💫

  • 🎙️ Episode 51: Grit, Grace and the Cost of Strength
    Jun 9 2026

In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Donagh, the creator of the Grit and Grace podcast, and I walked away feeling so deeply moved by her honesty and her heart. 🌿 Donagh has spent 34 years in the accounting industry, and yet what struck me most wasn't her professional expertise — it was the quiet, hard-won wisdom she carries from living a life that has asked so much of her.

We talked about what it means to be seen as strong, and how rarely anyone thinks to ask what that strength has actually cost. 💔 Donagh shared, with such grace and vulnerability, that eight months ago she woke to find her husband had passed away in his sleep — and how in that moment, her world stood still while everything around her kept moving. She spoke of grief, of not being given permission to grieve properly, and of choosing — consciously, bravely — to grow rather than be defined by her loss.
I loved hearing Donagh talk about self-doubt and imposter syndrome, and how 'progress over perfection' was the phrase that finally got her podcast off the ground. 🎙️ There was so much I recognised in what she shared about being a woman in business who underestimates herself, who says 'I'm just an accountant' — and how she's slowly, steadily moved past that story. She also opened my eyes to Winnie the Pooh in a way I never expected, and now I genuinely want to be a little more Christopher Robin in my day-to-day life. 🍯

What healing looks like for Donagh right now is steadiness — not getting over what she's lost, but learning to move forward with it. I found that so quietly powerful. 🌅

There's also a book on the horizon, a women's networking group she's deeply involved in, and a whole lot more gold in this remarkable woman than even I knew about.

May this conversation remind you that strength and softness can live in the same heart — and that your story, every layer of it, is worth telling. 🤍

  • 🎙️ Episode 50: Nourishing from the Inside Out
    Jun 2 2026

I can't quite believe I'm sitting here recording my 50th episode 🥹 and I just feel this deep wave of gratitude washing over me. A whole year of showing up, sharing stories, and holding space — and I am so, so grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey with me. A special thank you to my husband Russell, whose quiet, steady support has meant more than words can say 💛

In this solo episode, something bubbles up from inside me that I haven't spoken about openly before — and that's my deep concern about how we, as a society, are nourishing ourselves. Through my work as a support worker and in offering blissful touch massages, I spend a lot of time in one-on-one spaces with people, and what I witness has been sitting heavily in my heart lately 🌾 I want to be clear — this isn't about judgment. It's about awareness. It's about gently asking the question: what are we actually putting into our bodies, onto our skin, and into our whole being?

I find myself thinking about my mum and my nan, and the simplicity of how food used to be made — flour, butter, oats, love. Real ingredients, real effort, real nourishment. And then I look at a packet of Anzac biscuits on a supermarket shelf today, and I wonder what my nan would make of it all 🍪 I share my own journey too — being coeliac, going low-carb, eventually exploring a carnivore way of eating — and how reading labels changed everything for me. Not to push my path onto anyone else, but because I genuinely believe that what we put into our bodies matters. Deeply. And I don't think we always realise just how much. 💭

I also share something that moved me recently — watching someone I've known for over ten years in a nursing home, no longer in control of what she eats, and seeing the impact of that on her health. It broke something open in me. And it reminded me why I care so much about this conversation.

This episode feels a little different — rawer, more of a heart-led reflection than anything else. But it's honest, and it's real, and that's what Heart Felt is all about 🌸

May this episode plant a little seed of awareness in you — a gentle invitation to pause, to read the label, to feel into what truly nourishes your whole self. 💛

  • 🎙️ Episode 49: Serendipity, Sea Cucumbers, and a Life Fully Lived
    May 26 2026

I had the most beautiful honour of sitting across from Graeme in our very first in-person, same-room episode — and I have to say, I wasn't entirely prepared for how much this conversation would move me. 🌿

Graeme is someone I came to know in one of the most tender and sacred seasons of his life — the final weeks of his beloved wife Barb's time on this earth. I was blessed to walk alongside Barb in those last weeks, and in doing so, I came to know the quiet, steady, deeply feeling man sitting beside her. I told Graeme then — when the time is right, I'd love to hear your story. And here we are. 🤍

What unfolded between us was one of those conversations I'll carry in my heart for a long time. Graeme described himself as a drifter, and yet as I listened, what I actually heard was a man who was always exactly where he needed to be — studying sponges in Greece, sitting in the dust of Arnhem Land uncovering Australia's oldest non-Indigenous structure, riding on the back of a 3.5 metre crocodile (yes, really 🐊), and travelling the world between treatments with the woman he loved for nearly 56 years. He calls it serendipity. I call it a life led by something deeper than a plan.
Graeme speaks of Barb with a tenderness that brought tears to my eyes — the last Christmas in France, the ambulance trip to see Jesus Christ Superstar when she wasn't well enough to go but went anyway, the pact they made to keep travelling no matter what. He is now honouring her voice too, editing her unfinished manuscripts and carrying her stories forward with such love. 📖✨

Grief, adventure, belonging, loss, curiosity, and the quiet courage it takes to keep going — this episode holds all of it, gently and honestly. I'm so grateful Graeme said yes. 💙

Your story is never too small, too ordinary, or too late — it is always, always enough. 🌸

  • 🎙️ Episode 48: Don't Take It Personal 🌿
    May 19 2026

For most of my life, taking things personally was something I was a queen of. 💭 I convinced myself that someone's mood, their silence, their reaction — was always somehow my fault. It was exhausting, and it kept me small.

In this solo episode, I share some of the moments that taught me the difference between awareness and reaction. 🌸 From finding the courage to speak up about a heavy energy in the room, to sitting with the uncertainty of unanswered messages — even from a podcast guest — I walk through some very real, very human experiences on this journey of self-discovery.

I'm still learning. I won't pretend otherwise. ✨ But what I do know is that when I return to my breath, to my journal, to the quiet of my meditation, something always softens. The looping thoughts settle. And I find my way back to my soul — and out of my head.

I hope something in this episode moves something within you, or simply makes you feel a little less alone in your own mind chatter. 💛 Because your story matters, and right here, you are being heard.

Until next time, take care of your heart. 🤍
