If you are facing any Mental Health Issues please talk to someone about it. Your Spouse, Kids, Friend, Neighbor......It doesn't matter who, all that matters is you do it as soon as you can. Just talk.

I / We know, for some it is hard. There is a stigmatism around Mental Health which we need to disperse. As a society, we need to help anyone who is suffering, because in reality, that's what it is to many, suffering.

Don't bury it. Don't try to be the "Bigger Man" about it. Just talk !
