In this episode I give a shoot report on the recent BlackArrow Field Archers NFAS open shoot. Regular listeners and readers will know I have a soft spot for Black Arrow Field Archers club and attend as many of their shoots as possible in the year, since it is a club I used to be in many years ago.

It is one I struggled with not because of the course but myown mind set.

I honestly believe it is as applicable to an existing archeras it is to a newbie.
