    Officers from five different law enforcement agencies in Trumbull County witnessed a UFO in 1994 that they couldn't explain, and that the local Air Force Reserve base denied. The sighting never made the news as officers preferred not to be associated with an evening in which hours were spent chasing the UFO down. This story details the main suspect, Brandon Lee Flagner, and his life of crime and bizarre involvement in Tiffany's disappearance. After he retracted his confession, the wheels were already in motion and a guilty verdict seemed certain despite the lack of evidence. Find out what happens.
