You wake in the dark, pinned to your bed, unable to move. A shadow waits at the foot of the mattress, breathing slow. On the nightstand, the phone is off the hook. You can dial any number — but the line connects to something that was never human. This is the Sleep Paralysis Hotline. In each standalone episode, Luna answers a different caller trapped in the hypnopompic state between dreaming and waking. She takes down their stories: the hag that sits on the chest, the tall figure in the doorway, the whispering that comes from inside the pillow. The callers whisper back, recounting what they've seen, what they've done to break free, and what followed them out of the paralysis into the real world. Some nights, the hotline rings with no one on the other end. Some nights, Luna is the one calling. Each story is a self-contained nightmare, but they all share the same cold sweat and the same creeping certainty that when you can't move, you aren't alone. Practical advice won't help you here. The only cure is to listen — and hope the phone doesn't ring again after the episode ends. #SleepParalysisHorror #NightTerrors #HypnagogicHorror #HotlineHorror #BedroomHorror #ShadowFigures #OldHagSyndrome #Parasomnia #SleepHorror #LunaNarrates #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #AnthologyHorror #SlowBurnHorror #AudioDrama #StorytellingHorror #Horror #PodcastHorror Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo© 2026 Fexingo. • The Welcome Mat at the Lavender Room on Birch Street
    Jun 23 2026
Luna recounts a night in late October, 2022, when she house-sat for an elderly aunt in the small town of Northwood, Ohio. The house on Birch Street had a lavender room—a guest bedroom no one ever used—and a welcome mat that read 'All Are Welcome Here.' But the welcome was not for her. Over three nights, she learned that some invitations cannot be declined, and some doors open only when you are asleep. A story about hospitality, boundaries, and the shape that stands in the doorway when you cannot move. #SleepParalysisHotline #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #NorthwoodOhio #LavenderRoom #BirchStreet #HouseSitting #WelcomeMat #DoorwayFigure #Paralysis #NightTerror #LateOctober #GuestRoom #ElderlyAunt #CreakingFloorboards #WhisperedName #ThreeNights #Luna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

  • The Guest Room at the Oakridge Bed & Breakfast
    Jun 22 2026
In the spring of 2018, I spent three nights at the Oakridge Bed & Breakfast on Birch Hill Road. The innkeeper, Mrs. Harlow, was a meticulous woman who kept a ledger of every guest who ever stayed in the Rose Room. When I asked why the room was always booked but never occupied, she showed me the last entry: a man named Elias Croft, who checked in on a Tuesday and never checked out. His suitcase was still under the bed, and every night at 3:17 a.m., the floorboards in the hall would creak in a specific pattern—like someone pacing a route they'd walked a thousand times. I thought it was just an old house settling until I found the photograph tucked behind the dresser. It was Elias, standing in the same room, but the window behind him showed a view of the garden that hadn't existed since the 1950s. This episode is about what I heard through the wall that second night, and why I will never stay in a bed-and-breakfast again. #OakridgeBedAndBreakfast #BirchHillRoad #RoseRoom #EliasCroft #MrsHarlow #SleepParalysisHotline #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #SmallTownHorror #AloneInARoom #GhostStory #Unsettling #NightSounds #Spring2018 #TheSuitcaseUnderTheBed #PhotographFromAnotherTime #WhatLivesInOldHouses #ParanormalEncounters Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

  • The Coat Hook on Oakwood Lane
    Jun 21 2026
Luna recounts the story of the Tolland house on Oakwood Lane, a place she visited one November evening in 2017. A friend's mother, Mrs. Tolland, had called her about a coat hook in the mudroom that kept moving. Not the coats on it—the hook itself. Luna arrived to find a tidy house, a warm kitchen, and a woman who spoke calmly about the hook sliding across the wall when she wasn't looking, as if it were tracing something. Over the course of the night, Luna watched it inch left, then right, leaving fine scratches in the plaster. The hook never stopped. It never held a coat. It just moved, slowly, methodically, as if writing a message no one could read. A quiet, unnerving episode about a house where the wall remembered something the people forgot. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #SleepParalysisHotline #TheCoatHook #OakwoodLane #TollandHouse #November #2017 #Mudroom #Scratches #Plaster #MovingHook #SlowHorror #DomesticHorror #Unsettling #Atmospheric #LunaNarrates #CoatHook Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
