  • Moygashel bonfire being treated as hate-motivated offense

    You would have seen over the past few days that a bonfire erected in the village of Moygashel made headlines after an effigy on a mosque was placed on it. This follows previous bonfires in Moygashel including effigies of a boat full of refugees, and another with a picture of then-Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. The PSNI have arrested a man, and are treating the incident as a hate-motivated offense.
