Nick Chernomorets is the CEO and founder of OCMC Trucking. Nick is originally from Ukraine and after a couple of years at Dunkin Donuts, a Water park, and Construction, he got his CDL. A year later he founded OCMC Trucking.

Celebrating 15 years this year, OCMC has 125 trucks hauling flatbed freight, and prides itself on its culture. Every driver knows the CEO personally as Nick takes time to talk to every driver.

Nick is also an avid runner chasing all 7 World Major Marathons, and credits running to helping him problem solve in his business. In this episode you'll hear exactly what kind of leadership it takes to be a fleet owner in 2026.
