You know that you are working against your needs, when you feel ignored.

What you want is never in motion. What they want is a given. How they want to be treated… easy. What about you tho?

If the thought of anybody having happiness in a relationship pisses you off, you are not ready to choose someone or to be in a relationship with someone. If you're triggered by certain gestures or words or people saying, "hey, I can't come Friday"... I have something else going on and you think they're planning to lie about what they said they're doing you're not ready to choose.

The reality is so many of us are not ready to choose to be in relationships with other people or have sexual exchanges with other people and we bury it down deep and we put on this front like we're ready.

1. Take time with yourself
2. Be honest about your healing

We knew better…was it love? Was it pride? Was it trying prove you had someone to others? Sometimes it’s self hate…

This person has shown/ told you by now emotionally, verbally or indirectly if they long term or short term what they want to do…

You chose to stay… is it your low standards?…
