Hey Warrior Sister, I’m Amy! Welcome to the Warrior Up Podcast! This weekly podcast is a special place where we can seek God together for our healthiest and fittest bodies, minds, and spirits, and be authentic in our life journeys. My heart and mission is to inspire and motivate you through the love, truth, and grace of Jesus Christ to make the most of every day and to MOVE forward into your best life in Him and for Him. I’m still a work in progress, but God has given me freedom in every way! With over 25 years of experience in the fitness world and a lifetime of walking with the Lord, He has put a fire in my heart to help you walk in your freedom and to ENJOY the process. I mean, we GET to do this! We get to live for Jesus and get fit HIS way! Let’s Warrior Up for such a time as this!

    In this powerful and deeply personal conversation, my sweet friend Rachel shares her story of redemption, recovery, and the incredible grace of Jesus.

    Rachel and I talk about how we met through my FitCamp workouts taken to the Dream Center and online workouts, Bible study, and our deep connection to the Los Angeles DC. She shares what her life looked like when she first came to the Dream Center, the struggles she faced, and the lessons God taught her through some very difficult seasons.

    But what makes Rachel's story so powerful is not just what she walked through. It's that she had the courage to come back.

    So many people allow shame to convince them to stay away from God, from church, and from the very people who love them most. Rachel chose a different path. She came back to Jesus. She came back to community. She came back to hope.

    Today, God is continuing to heal, restore, and use her life to encourage others.

    If you've ever felt unworthy, ashamed, stuck, or far from God, this episode is for you.

    Jesus is still in the business of restoring lives.
    Your story is not over.

    One year ago this week, my book Get Fit On Purpose was released into the world. As I've reflected on that journey, I've realized something powerful:

    These 7 disciplines aren't just chapters in a book.

    They've become the blueprint I continue to live by every single day.

    They've helped me navigate grief, challenges, motherhood, marriage, ministry, fitness struggles, hormonal changes, setbacks, and victories. They have strengthened my spirit, renewed my mind, and helped me care for my body as God's temple.

    In this episode, I'm sharing the 7 disciplines that have forever changed my life and continue to shape the woman God is calling me to become:

    Warrior Up Get Your Mind Right Make Sweat Happen Create Winning Habits & Routines Run Your Race Grow in the Dark Finish Stronger Than You Started

    My prayer is that these disciplines will encourage you to stop striving for perfection and start pursuing consistent faithfulness. Small steps taken with Jesus can lead to powerful transformation over time.

    No matter where you are in your journey, God is not finished with you. He is still strengthening you, growing you, and calling you forward.
