• I'm a Minnesota Legislator. This $9 Billion Fraud Report Confirms What I Watched
    Jun 10 2026

I'm a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives — and I knew about this fraud before the report came out, because I talked to the people who lived it.

Today the House Oversight Committee released a 205-page report putting the scale of Minnesota's Medicaid fraud at up to $9 billion since 2018. The headline is that Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison were warned as early as 2019 and failed to act. That part is true. But there's a part of this story I have firsthand experience with — and it's the part four minutes of cable news won't have room for.

During my Somali community outreach for the Republican Party, I met people who saw this grift up close. They wanted it exposed. But they were afraid — of the providers, of their own community, and most of all of the administration. One man told me he feared for his life. They wouldn't go to authorities connected to the Walz administration, because they believed it would make them a target. That's why this had to go federal.

This is the whole mechanism — how $9 billion walked out the door over six years while the people who tried to stop it got punished for trying. And why the real lesson isn't "the other team is corrupt." It's structural. And it doesn't have a party.

Discussed tonight on Fox News with Will Cain — full breakdown here.⏱️

  • Our Endorsement Is Worthless — And I Can Prove It With Conservative Logic
    Jun 7 2026

I stood up at the Minnesota Republican state convention and spoke on behalf of Lisa Demuth — the candidate for governor my party didn't end up endorsing. This is my honest account of why, and the bigger problem it exposes.

I'm not here to relitigate the count or the chaos. I'm here to ask the question conservatives keep refusing to ask: if we believe in value for value, what value does the MNGOP endorsement actually provide? Because we haven't won a statewide general election in twenty years — the longest active losing streak of any state Republican party in the country.

Maybe the candidates running past the endorsement aren't dishonorable. Maybe they're trying to break the cycle. And maybe, if we want the endorsement to mean something, we have to make it worth abiding by — not just appeal to honor and hope.

    Chapters:
0:00 — Why I spoke for the candidate we didn't endorse
    1:40 — Where I'm standing when I say this
4:40 — The scoreboard we keep getting wrong
6:30 — What does the endorsement actually deliver?
10:00 — Why the August primary makes it worse
    11:40 — The closing argument

  • The Real Reason Lawmakers Passes Omnibus Bills Nobody Reads
    May 22 2026

I've been inside the Minnesota Capitol during final week four times now.

I've watched the clock run out. And I've seen something most people miss: the outrage over omnibus bills and back room deals is justified — but the focus is on the wrong thing.

Senators Eric Lucero and Michael Holmstrom called it a failure this week: over 1,100 pages of spending and regulations, rammed through in hours, with no time to read before voting.

They're right about the outcome. But the cause isn't bad legislators. It's a structural system that makes omnibus bills inevitable.

In this video, I walk through the many structural forces that produce this result every single session: hard constitutional deadlines, committee chairs with centralized power, caucus discipline that pressures members to fall in line, and House-Senate brinkmanship that incentivizes waiting until the last minute.

Once you see these dynamics, you can't unsee them. And the fix? It's not better people. It's a fundamentally different structure — likely including constitutional changes that most of the people complaining about the current system might resist.

  • The Left's Sick Strategy: Keep Kids Vulnerable for G*n Control Votes
    May 19 2026

There is a proven solution to gun violence and school safety that was introduced in 2023 that Democrats in Minnesota are blocking because the politics of gun control is more beneficial to them politically. Here's the proof. This debate in Minnesota highlights significant issues within US politics and the ongoing debate surrounding gun laws. We must prioritize genuine gun safety measures over political posturing.

  • The Medicaid Waiver Scam Nobody's Talking About (And Minnesota Has the Same One)
    May 5 2026

The Daily Wire's Luke Rosiak just uncovered a $1 billion Medicaid billing scandal in Ohio — 94 billing companies in one building, zero oversight, paying people for "companionship and conversation.

"Minnesota has the same broken waiver structure. CMS just deferred $91M in Medicaid funding. An investigation motion died on an 8-8 tie. And Governor Walz called the scrutiny a "campaign of retribution.

"Ohio's governor is a Republican. Minnesota's is a Democrat. Same broken system. Same lack of accountability. This isn't a partisan scandal — it's a structural failure that both parties have enabled and ignored.

Accountability isn't partisan. It's the minimum obligation of anyone who claims to serve the public.

  • Why Respected People Are Celebrating a Trump Assassination Attempt
    Apr 30 2026

Cole Allen wasn't mentally ill. His manifesto proves it. That's the most disturbing part — and nobody's talking about it.

When credentialed, employed, socially respected people — teachers, managers, CEOs — post publicly that they wish the assassination attempt on Trump had succeeded, most commentators call it extreme. They're wrong to stop there.

Cole Allen's manifesto isn't the work of a broken mind. It's the work of a coherent one. He apologizes methodically. He sets rules of engagement specifically designed to minimize civilian casualties. He pre-answers five objections — including theological and constitutional ones. He believed he was one of the good guys.

That belief didn't originate with him. It was installed, piece by piece, through years of media framing, institutional rhetoric, and social bubble dynamics that made political violence feel not just acceptable — but righteous.

In this video, I break down the five forces that produce this thinking in otherwise normal, functional people: dehumanization language upstream of the Trump shooter, bubble dynamics that invert the social cost of extremism, pluralistic ignorance that silences moderate voices, moral licensing through victimhood framing, and Hannah Arendt's warning about the banality of evil — applied to American politics right now.

Cole Allen isn't the disease. He's the symptom. The question you should be asking is: who built the pipeline that produced him — and are they going to be held accountable for where it leads?
