You Must Remember This is a storytelling podcast exploring the secret and/or forgotten histories of Hollywood’s first century. It’s the brainchild and passion project of Karina Longworth (founder of Cinematical.com, former film critic for LA Weekly), who writes, narrates, records and edits each episode. It is a heavily-researched work of creative nonfiction: navigating through conflicting reports, mythology, and institutionalized spin, Karina tries to sort out what really happened behind the films, stars and scandals of the 20th century.2020 Karina Longworth Art

The content was interesting but I was hoping for a more original or different viewpoint/analysis of the subject.
Still, good enough for me to continue with as some of the future episodes look very intriguing.
The delivery, however, is appalling.
Good content read in a monotone, almost robotic, droning tone. Really off putting. She should have stuck to compiling the podcast and hired someone with more expression to narrate. She sounds almost bored in her delivery. Is there a reason for this that I'm unaware of?
Such a shame as it hugely affects the listenability (?) of the whole episode. Not sure how many episodes I'll be able to cope with her delivery for, dang.
