Ausnahmen sind: Weiß bewegt den König nicht aus einer Schachkonstellation; anstelle der Regel, dass Weiß und Schwarz abwechselnd ziehen, tritt die, dass Alice, die in der Partie die Rolle des weißen Damenbauers eingenommen hat, abwechselnd mit einer der beiden Farben am Zuge ist.
