Inmortales aventuras para grandes y ninos. Alicia en el pais de las Maravillas es una de esas obras magicas de la literatura que apela tanto a grandes como a ninos, ya que para los primeros esta la ironia y el fino humor con que Carroll se burlaba de las convenciones sociales de su tiempo, mientras que los mas pequenos pueden seguir, tambien con una sonrisa, las increíbles aventuras de Alicia en ese lugar donde todo parece suceder al reves.

Alice, now slightly older, walks through a mirror into the Looking-Glass House and immediately becomes involved in a strange game of chess. Soon, she is exploring the rest of the house, meeting a sequence of characters now familiar to most: Tweedledum and Tweedledee, the Red Queen, Humpty Dumpty, and the Walrus, to name a few. The popular and linguistically playful poem "Jabberwocky" is also featured in Through the Looking Glass.

Alice is bored while sitting with her older sister, who is reading a book that "had no pictures or conversations in it". Alice takes interest in a passing white rabbit that is dressed in a waistcoat and muttering, "Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!" She follows the rabbit down a rabbit hole, then finds herself falling down into a dreamlike world, where she has several adventures.

Carroll plays with logic in ways that have given his story lasting popularity to all ages. It is considered to be the characteristic example of literary nonsense.

Es la historia de un mágico sueño. Mientras permanece sentada con su hermana en el bosque, Alicia se levanta y persigue a un conejo que se le ha aparecido. De pronto cae, en la madriguera, en medio de un montón de hojas secas. Comienza a caminar por una sala subterránea y encuentra alimentos bebidas, que consume. Comenzando a cambiar de dimensión extraordinariamente, empequeñeciéndose y agrandándose sucesivamente. Más tarde conoce al gato de Cheshire, ve aparecer y desaparecer cualquier parte de su cuerpo, dejando a veces en el aire, solamente una sonrisa.

Alice ist aufgeweckt, um nicht vorlaut sagen zu müssen, neugierig und, was am wichtigsten ist, verträumt. Sie lässt ihrer Fantasie freien Lauf und entdeckt dadurch Dinge, die Erwachsenen mit ihrer Sicht der Dinge oft verborgen bleiben. So entdeckt sie eines Tages, während sie mit ihrer Schwester an einem See sitzt, ein hektisches, weißes Häschen, das immer wieder auf eine Uhr schaut. Als sie das weiße Häschen verfolgt, gerät sie in ein Abenteuer, das seines Gleichen sucht.

Ein wunderbar skurriler Klassiker um Alice, die in ein merkwürdiges Land kommt, mit noch viel merkwürdigeren Wesen darin. Da ist die Herzogin, der verrückte Hutmacher, der Faselhase, Ferkel und Pfeffer - und noch viele mehr. Ein ausgesprochen vergnügliches Abenteuer!

Ungekürzte Fassung der ebenso berühmten wie merkwürdigen Abenteuer der kleinen Alice im Wunderland unter der Erde mit den seltsamsten Gestalten, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Alice wechselt mehrfach ihre Größe, gelangt in verschiedene Bereiche dieses unterirdischen Reiches und kommt immer wieder zu der Erkenntis, dass das alles so eigentlich gar nicht sein kann. "De l'autre côté du miroir, et ce qu'Alice y trouva" est un roman écrit par Lewis Carroll, qui fait suite aux "Aventures d'Alice au pays des merveilles." L'histoire : Alice, qui s'ennuie, s'endort dans un fauteuil et rêve qu'elle passe de l'autre côté du miroir du salon. Le monde du miroir est à la fois la campagne anglaise, un échiquier, et le monde à l'envers, où il faut courir très vite pour rester sur place.

Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There, also known as Alice through the Looking-Glass is a novel by Lewis Carroll and the sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1865). Alice again enters a fantastical world, this time by climbing through a mirror into the world she can see beyond it.
