کتاب صوتی «بلندی‌های بادگیر» را «امیلی برونته»، شاعر و نویسنده انگلیسی نوشته است. این کتاب در سال 1848 منتشر شد و نام کتاب به خانه‌ای اشاره دارد که روی تپه بنا شده است و در معرض باد قرار دارد. این کتاب تنها رمان امیلی برونته می‌باشد و درباره عشق آتشین میان دو جوان و ماجراهای مربوط به آن است.

Wuthering Heights is Emily Bronte's only novel. Written between October 1845 and June 1846, Wuthering Heights was published in 1847 under the pseudonym "Ellis Bell"; Bronte died the following year, aged 30. Wuthering Heights and Anne Bronte's Agnes Grey were accepted by publisher Thomas Newby before the success of their sister Charlotte's novel, Jane Eyre.

In a series of complicated and complex cycles of births, deaths, marriages, and reunions, Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights encapsulates much of what life was like in 18th-century England for the noble estate owners and members of prestigious social classes.
