Actually, I don’t really feel like it right now.” “You don’t feel like it? But when you arrived, I asked you which you would prefer - coffee or tea.” He nodded. “And I chose coffee.” “Yes. So, you don’t want the coffee? Maybe you would prefer tea instead?” “No. Please no tea.” “Ohh. Then juice, maybe?”

"Because, Betty, there are just too many clothes in that basket. My goodness. Have you taken a look at it lately?" "Nope. You know that I am really very busy with work on my blog." "But that is not an excuse for you to pile up so many clothes there. I mean, it is such a huge mess that you have created there. They are already spilling out of the basket." Betty shrugged. If the madam wanted an investment manager, she'd simply review his past performance in a bank and expect that he'd do well in the new job. But that doesn't happen with chefs. We get assessed on the spot, not later. And a verdict would be made by our employer almost immediately, not at some future date.

"Yes, sir. Please. I am very confident that you can." He shook his head in disbelief. "You don't know what you are saying. Please, go and search elsewhere for solutions to your problems." "But, sir...." "Good day, Keyshia," he said abruptly before taking his leave.
